Update 7.6.20 — Please note that starting today, all 14 SouthEast Bank branches will offer lobby service by appointment only or through our Drive Thru. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of our secure online, mobile and telephone banking services. To make an appointment at your local branch, call our Customer Care Team at 1-844-732-2657.

    • What services can be performed in Drive Thru?

      We've increased allowable activities at the Drive Thru including signing new account and loan documents, making commercial deposits and conducting other lobby based transactions. If you've got large transactions or depositing coinage, we ask that you use the service lane closest to the building.

    • What sanitation measures have been put into place at your branches?

      The bank has installed a hand sanitizing station at each branch and requests that customers use the station upon entering and leaving the branch. Additionally, the customer service representative staff will sanitize the new account desk after every customer interaction.

    • Has Plexiglass been installed to help protect staff and customers?

      Yes. Out of an abundance of caution, the bank has installed Plexiglass shields at all teller stations and on CSR Desks.

    • What if more than one customer is being serviced at a time?

      Because we're asking customers to set up an appointment for in-lobby service, your appointment time will likely not overlap with another customer's. However, social distancing guidelines are in effect. The bank has installed social distancing courtesy decals on the floor every six feet and asks that everyone practice social distancing. The waiting area furniture has also been repositioned to provide a minimum of 6 feet of clearance between customers.

    • If I've made an appointment, do I still need to wear a mask?

      Wearing a mask in our lobbies is encouraged. At this time, we are only requiring masks in Knox County per Knox County Department of Health guidelines.
